Staging can be vacant staging, soft staging or helping style what you currently have. Don't be afraid to ask about these services. Our creative and well trained eyes love doing this!


What is an Estate Sale?

An estate sale, also known as a tag sale, is a way of liquidating the belongings of a family or estate. Your home is considered an estate whether it is large or small!

Second Wind specializes in full service estate sales.  Whether moving, downsizing, dealing with debt, divorce or death, we can help alleviate your stress.  We come from a place of compassion and understanding and we treat each client like family.  Our goal is to provide an organized and lucrative estate sale while liquidating your homes contents.  We also stage private homes and real estate listings which often lead to a quicker and more profitable sale!  We tailor our services for each client. 

Estate Sale Process

1. Our estate sale process begins with a free consultation in your home while getting to know you, your situation and assessing your needs. Our goal is to help you in any way we can and provide a stress free estate sale.  No project is too small!​


2. Once you decide to have an estate sale, you sign the contract and our work begins.  We will begin taking photos and writing a log of each item to be included in the sale. The entire process takes about 2 to 3 weeks, which includes organizing, pricing each item and advertising. Estate sales are usually held 2 or 3 days depending on the amount of contents in your home. 

3. Sale days can be very active and are a lot of fun! At the end of the last sale, you can choose to keep them, donate them from your house or have us clear everything out for a fee depending on what is left. 


We can help clear and organize your clutter.  We are not afraid to get our hands dirty.

Hi! We have been best friends for 30 years. For as long as we can remember, we have shared a hobby for finding furnishings and beautifying our homes. We are organized, trustworthy and compassionate.  We enjoy staging personal homes, offices and Real Estate listings which often leads to a quicker sale.  We know that clearing out a home can be a daunting task.  We bring positivity and fun along with our organization skills to run a seamless estate sale.  We look forward to working with you soon and helping you get your 'Second Wind'.
